  1. Saute: onion, celery, apple.
  2. Remove from skillet, then add and brown sausage.
  3. In large bowl, add a large bag of bread cubes.Add onion, celery and sausage, and apples.
  4. Add: 2 eggs, butter, broth, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
